By utilizing FreeXCraft infrastructure, you agree to comply with our standards of performance, security, and ethics to ensure a fair experience for all.

Acceptable Use Policy
FreeXCraft provides free Minecraft hosting for legitimate community purposes only. To maintain the integrity of our nodes, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Running malicious scripts, crypto-miners, or DDoS-related tools.
- Storing illegal content or material that infringes on third-party copyrights.
- Attempting to bypass resource limits or renewal mechanisms.
- Abusing the "Smart Wake" system or automated hibernation logic to keep idle servers online.

Service Responsibility
While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our premium nodes and utilize robust enterprise-grade hardware, FreeXCraft is not liable for:
- Accidental data loss or corrupted player files (we strongly recommend daily manual backups).
- Downtime caused by upstream provider failures or scheduled system maintenance.
- Third-party plugin or mod compatibility issues and resulting server instability.

Free Tiers & Renewal
To maintain high-quality free services for the entire community, active server management is required from all users:
- Free servers do not require manual renewals or daily clicking. They stay online as long as they are actively used.
- Servers that remain completely empty (0 players) for extended periods may be safely hibernated to conserve resources, but data is never deleted without warning.
- Fair usage policies apply to prevent abuse of the "always-on" functionality.
